Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a great experience overall. The rooms were very comfortable, clean, well-organized, and had everything I needed, although some noise at night was a bit bothersome. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making my check-in and morning interactions pleasant. The hotel's location across the street from the airport was super convenient, especially for travelers, but it can be a bit inconvenient for other aspects. The dining options were limited, which was a downside, but the price was fair for the value provided.
When I checked in at noon, the room was a bit warm at 80 degrees Fahrenheit. The cleanliness could have been better overall, but the room itself was spacious and pretty clean. The service was excellent, especially at the Asian fusion restaurant within the hotel. However, I was a bit disappointed that the air conditioning wasn't turned on yet, and there were no ice or soda machines available. The location is fantastic, especially if you have an early or late flight, being super close to the airport, but it's not very close to downtown. The dining experience, next door at the Chalet restaurant, was a letdown for the price, with limited breakfast options. Despite that, the fresh orange juice was a nice touch.
This hotel is a mixed bag. The rooms are very comfortable with tremendous showers but are spacious and well appointed, although a bit on the expensive side for the size. The service has a Brazilian flair but was lacking due to the staff being away in India. The location is great, especially for airport access, but inconvenient if you want to explore downtown without a vehicle. The dining options could be better, especially for early morning departures, lacking options at the airport. Overall, it's a place with some positive aspects but also a few drawbacks to consider.
My stay at the hotel was truly a mixed experience. The rooms were modern and well-appointed, providing a comfortable retreat, but the dining options left much to be desired. The service was exceptional, with professional and friendly staff, and the location was incredibly convenient for airport travelers. The facilities added to the overall positive stay, yet the dining experience fell short of expectations.
The hotel is in a convenient location across from the airport, making it easy to access after a long flight. The rooms were spacious and fairly clean, although they could use some updating. The service was friendly and helpful, except for some limitations in offering solutions during the night. The dining options were a bit lacking, especially for early travelers catching flights. The overall value for money was decent, considering the proximity to the airport.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice and clean with the option to choose between a soft and firm mattress, and the shower was great with a good supply of hot water. It was quiet, which made for a peaceful night's sleep, but there were some noises from outside. The location was convenient being directly across from the Whitehorse Airport, making it easy for airport transfers, although the constant chatter and noise from the surroundings were a drawback.
